Been somewhat off and on with playing, and I haven't ever really moved beyond missioning/0.0 ratting to make a decent amount of isk with assorted pvp losses and corp stuff (which is why its so great to finally be making a decent amount now).

I suppose it is to add an aura of respectability to the post. The 5% was based off a similar small (500M) loan offer that was accepted a little while back. I gauge the reaction to the loan offer before I think about changing the rate, but thanks...
